The Cowards and the Heroes
I've never had more than a cherry bomb or M-80 go off near me, although I was in Sacramento, California, back in the 1970s with a train full of 1000-pound bombs were going off in the Roseville trainyard and we could see and hear them go off from our home in Foothill Farms. I don't know what it's like to have a bomb go off near me. One thing I do know: Cowards attack unsuspecting innocents. No matter what that idiot of a comedian Bill Maher says, suicidal terrorists who disguise themselves and target innocents are goddamn cowards . And even when it's not suicidal, as it appears in London today, they are still cowards. They are uncivilized, cowardly, pieces of human excrement. Heroes target armed enemies and understand why civilized warfare is crucial. Period. I also know that Islmic Jihadists are damaging Islam. The lack of moderate muslims condemning their actions is damaging Islam. Soon there will be no turning back. Islam will become a poisoned religion to the civilized world. Yes, Arabs have a history of great scholarly and scientific achievements. But not in the last few centuries. The decline of the Arab world into barbarism, despotism, and uncivilized behavior should embarrass all Arabs. Perhaps that partially accounts for the flourishing of so many psychotic cowards in the Arab world. When President Bush looked upon the ruins of the World Trade Center, he and his team were smart enough to figure out that the problem was NOT Jihadist hate of Israel or America. They hated Western Civilization and were participating in a long-term plan to bring it down. There were two separate issues to address: The immediate concerns of Jihadists planning near-term attacks, and the long-term issue of the Imams in their Mosque factories churning out an assembling line of ideologically poisoned terminators.
