Let's go ALL THE WAY BACK to the first big story to break yesterday ... the early speculation was that Lindsay Lohan 's second car accident was the result of hounding by the paparazzi ... here are pictures of L. Lo doing her normal shopping before the accident and then the actual accident itself: It has since been determined that the accident was NOT caused by the paparazzi . Furthermore, the van that was involved in the accident was completely innocent in the whole incident ... the poor guy was just trying to park his van when the black Mercedes slammed into it. I'm not sure if we are ever going to hear about whether or not Lindsay was solely at fault, especially if her publicist's ability to squelch information is any good. The only thing that matters is that Lindsay is okay ... and that the dude in the van is going to make a killing in court out of all of this.
