We'll talk with two top members of the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee in just a few minutes but first let's get a quick check of what's in the news right now. (NEWSBREAK) MALVEAUX: Now more on a developing story. Within the last hour, CNN has learned a member of a special ops reconnaissance team missing in Afghanistan since last week has been rescued. CNN's Kathleen Koch is at the Pentagon with details -- Kathleen. KATHLEEN KOCH, CNN CORRESPONDENT: Suzanne, this is very, very welcome news obviously for the families of these special operations servicemembers who have been missing there in this very harsh, mountainous region since Tuesday.
