We were gladdened and surprised to read this article from the S. F. Chronicle touting the truth behind 3-Strikes and You're Out. But then Debra Saunders does have a reputation for accurately appraising any given situation or isse and for that she is greatly appreciated by us here at 3-Strikes.

The week of August 6th saw Mike Reynolds and Barry Krisberg, President of the National Council on Drime and Deligquency, debate on Crime and Punishment in California in the "Dust Up" Opinion section of the Los Angeles Times. We provide a link here for your convenience.
