three things happened. Admiral Keating first ‘stood-down’ (8/17/05)
then canceled a ‘terrorist nuking’ exercise in South Carolina (8/22/05). But
cat out of bag. Enemies now know how vulnerable we really are, even
to simple threat of nuke. Next (Russian Intel source) the U.S. sent
strong message to all other governments that the U.S. is experiencing
an ‘internal crisis’ and that all other governments should stay out
of this, even in ‘jest’. This places Putin in danger too. He has,
against all protocol, held for a period two U.S. Senators, Lugar and
Obama, who were visiting Siberia regarding the nuke issue. Foggy Bottom
had to raise hell to get them released, Putin emphasizing the importance
of the message they are taking back. If we do not quickly agree to
put the weapons down we will in all probability have an event, simple ‘threat’ probability
even higher.
The letters below will be hard for some
to digest as the nuclear landscape is not what it has been presented
for the past sixty years. In essence all bases had been covered through
the Cold War. Following that all known terrorist groups have been infiltrated
by one side or another. Rummy assumed the war would go easily, only
a few ‘brigades needed’ and Iraq will fall into U.S. hands within a month
or so. In the interim the U.S. have made, and are continuing to make,
unknown enemies. Of course now they will use a nuke. To continuing to
assume otherwise is now a gross delusion.
