over aggregate: In less than two minutes the liquids solidify; in
ten minutes, repairs support traffic. Rapid repairs with Elastic
Cement and Concrete Welder are 4 to 10 times faster than conventional concrete

Elastic Cement provides a long lasting flexible repair where
