Since the first seminar held in Greece , there have been five others organized in various countries: 1988 ( The Netherlands ), 1992 ( Sweden ), 1994 ( England ), 1997 ( Norway ), and 2000 ( Poland ). At Eurosea 7, which took place in June 2000 in Poland, participants accepted Portugal's offer to organize the next European Sea Scout Seminar in 2003.
