Yet it's just another arising. Incredible. ...I realized that I was just "here". It's just here. There is nothing to do. It's the constant looking around (outside of ourselves and inside of ourselves) that has us missing this. And at the risk of sounding cliche, the whole thing that is "me" just evaporated in that moment. Poof. Like it was never there. It's just a bunch of thoughts. It's not real. I was very relaxed and at rest "here" and I noticed that everything just kind of came and went from view. People were coming and going and as soon as they left my field of vision, they were forgotten. They were there only when perceived.
