" DOD Records (released by the Government 7/22/2005, released by the ACLU 7/26/05 |  More Torture Documents Released Under FOIA ) (These documents can be viewed using Acrobat Reader ) Section 1 , 1243-1381 Agency Stamp Record Date of Record Record Description 1243 - 1313 AR-15-6 Investigation 4/8/2004 Summarizes an investigation into allegations of detainee abuse by Regional Team Chief who reported that a detainee was prevented from using the toilet, and that other detainees were held under temperatures of 52 degrees and denied food. (1255). The investigation concludes there was no mistreatment of the detainee (1243). The investigating officer strongly criticizes the Team Chief for reporting the abuse directly to BG Hood instead of reporting up the appropriate chain of command. (1255-1258).
