I'll try to keep it short and not Capitalize cOrrectly to make it more fun!
I am Nathan Enns, "CEO" & Founder of FyberSearch. I wrote the first version of FyberSearch when I was 18 years old in November 2003. I was learning to program PHP and decided to teach myself by writing a search engine.
After about 5 months FyberSearch had it's first advertiser and got a little press. About 9 months later FyberSearch was featured on CNBC before google's IpO as their latest threat.

Personal & Corporate Mission

"To know and share every true piece of knowledge possible".
|
Personal & Corporate Motto
|
"Be Accurate"
It doesn't use Link Popularity and isn't a Natural Language Processor. That's not to say it's bad or anything.
We (I) came up with a new type of web crawler, a new indexing structure, a new ranking algorithm and a redesigned the frontend/backend of the search results page.
Many search engines have come and gone.......... we came, we're still here, hopefully more go :-) jk
